What's the difference between Jinba Flow and Jinba App?

Jinba Flow is where builders create and deploy workflows. Jinba App is where users execute and interact with deployed workflows. Builders create in Flow, users consume in App.

What's the onboarding process like?

Sign up for a free account and immediately start creating flows through chat. We provide templates, guided tutorials, and for enterprise customers, training sessions and dedicated customer success managers to ensure smooth adoption.

What support options are available?

We offer multiple support tiers: community support for free users, priority chat support for paid plans, and dedicated success managers with priority support for enterprise customers.

How does pricing work for teams?

Our pricing scales with your team size and usage. Each plan includes a specific number of team members, workspaces, and workflow executions. If you need teammate management features, we also offer an enterprise plan.

What are credits?

Credits are divided into Jinba Credits used for workflow execution and Copilot Credits used for workflow creation. You can upgrade to a higher tier plan that includes more credits as needed.

Is my data secure?

Security is our top priority. We're currently applying for SOC 2 Type II compliance, use end-to-end encryption, and offer enterprise features like SSO, RBAC, and audit trails. Your data never leaves your region.
