Can a Teams message start a Jinba workflow?

Not through a Teams trigger; Jinba's Teams tools send and read messages. A workflow can run on a schedule and read new channel messages, or start from chat, a form or an API call.

Can a reviewer approve a request inside Teams?

Jinba's Teams tools send and read messages rather than capture approvals. A workflow's approval step is decided in Jinba App chat or the Flow run console, and the Teams alert can tell the reviewer a decision is waiting.

Is there a record of the alerts a workflow sent?
