Does Jinba's Shopify integration support on-premise deployment?

Yes. Jinba Flow can run on-premise or in a private cloud and receives Shopify orders through a webhook, so the workflow and its run history stay in your environment. Order data reaches an AI model only if a step sends it there, and that step can use private model hosting.

Is my Shopify data sent to a public AI model when using Jinba?

Not unless a step sends it to one. Shopify steps exchange order and product data with Shopify's API. Rule-based steps call no model, and AI steps can use private model hosting through AWS Bedrock, Azure AI or a self-hosted model.
